		<description>Sarah, thank you for your comment.  It is still to early to say if we will have an early bud break.  The time from bud break to bloom can vary widely from year to year and is not always connected to an early or late season.  Once we have bloom we can somewhat predict harvest.  Early bud break cause worries in regards to frost or more uneven shoot growth.  I do agree the mustard is pretty, on a grey day like today the yellow seems so happy.</description>
